CONFIG_PHONE_IXJ_PCMCIA needs CONFIG_PCMCIA but there was no Kconfig
pendency. The link errors with CONFIG_PHONE_IXJ_PCMCIA and
!CONFIG_PCMCIA are at the bottom of this mail.

The fis is simple:
