This is a 2 CPU Opteron box.  It hung on a basic shutdown reboot
running 2.6.15-rc5. It doesn't look related to the sky2 driver.
I had a couple of nfs client mounts.

Damn, that's a weird place to be oopsing.  NFS doesn't call
kill_block_super(), so it might be a different fs.

Is it repeatable?

It doesn't appear to be repeatable.
