[M68KNOMMU]: platform setup for 5272 ColdFire parts

[M68KNOMMU]: platform setup for 5272 ColdFire parts

[Greg Ungerer]

Switch to platform style configuration for 5272 ColdFire parts.
Initial support is for the UARTs. DMA support moved to common code
for all ColdFire parts.
