Here's a small round of fixes that we need in a stable topic branch as a
part of a larger fix to the mvebu pcie/mbus driver.  These have been in
-next for a week or so.

gah!  sorry.  I even checked that they matched other log entries, but
only the 'irqchip: armada-370-xp: ' part but missed the capitalization.
Will do next time.  Thanks for pulling despite the oversight.
