Two fixes headed for stable:
Remove an un-necessary speed_index lookup for thermal hook in the gpio-fan
driver. The unnecessary speed lookup can hog the system.
Handle negative conversion values correctly in the ads1015 driver.

Notice the difference? My tiny little brain gets all confused about
things like this, and starts worrying about whether the two might be
different.
Anyway, pulled, but please try to avoid this kind of
duplicate-and-different pull request target thing..
