Subject: [PATCH AUTOSEL for 4.9 02/56] RDS: make message size limit compliant with spec
Date: Wed, 22 Nov 2017 22:23:24 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20171122222246.19618-4-alexander.levin@verizon.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20171122222246.19618-1-alexander.levin@verizon.com>
From: Avinash Repaka <avinash.repaka@oracle.com>
[ Upstream commit f9fb69adb6c7acca60977a4db5a5f95b8e66c041 ]
RDS support max message size as 1M but the code doesn't check this
in all cases. Patch fixes it for RDMA & non-RDMA and RDS MR size
and its enforced irrespective of underlying transport.
