[PATCH] sched/fair: Fix minor grammar

[PATCH] sched/fair: Fix minor grammar

[Steven Lung]

The letter 's' for 'CPUs' was in capital, and replace the word
'maybe' with 'may be' would be more appropriate in the sentence,
since 'maybe' is an adverb.
