[PATCH] dt-bindings: arm: Drop obsolete brcm,vulcan-soc binding

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

The Cavium ThunderX2 aka Broadcom Vulcan doesn't use DT, but ACPI, so drop
the SoC binding.
