[PATCH v7 00/12] drm/amdgpu: preparation patchs for the use all SDMA instances series

This series is a subset of the "use all SDMA instances" series.
It starts at the first modified patch and ends at the last patch
before the drm/ttm patch that got merged through drm-misc-next.

The main changes from v6 are:
  * new commit adding amdgpu_gtt_node_to_byte_offset helper
  * variables renaming in commits 5 and 6
