[PATCH] ntb: fix typo "atleast" in comments

[PATCH] ntb: fix typo "atleast" in comments

Correct "atleast" to "at least", reported by scripts/checkpatch.pl using
the misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt.  Only touches comments, no
code changes.
