[PATCH] arm: dts: xilinx: parallella: Enable QSPI and NOR flash

The Parallella board has a SPI-NOR flash connected to the QSPI controller.
Enable the QSPI controller and add the corresponding SPI-NOR flash node
to allow the system to access it.
