A compact Python re-implementation of scripts/checkpatch.pl that
covers 123 check types with stable --fix and --fix-inplace support.

The script is a drop-in replacement: same CLI options, same output
format, same message types. Runs about 2x faster than the Perl
version on large patches (50k lines: <15s vs ~35s).

Style checks implemented include:
 - Whitespace: TRAILING_WHITESPACE, CODE_INDENT, DOS_LINE_ENDINGS
 - Spacing: SPACING, POINTER_LOCATION, OPEN_BRACE, PARENTHESIS_ALIGNMENT
 - Kernel APIs: PRINTK_WITHOUT_KERN_LEVEL, AVOID_BUG, DEPRECATED_API,
   STRCPY/STRNCPY/STRLCPY, USLEEP_RANGE, USE_FUNC, YIELD
 - Commits: MISSING_SIGN_OFF, LONG_SUBJECT, BAD_SIGN_OFF, BAD_FIXES_TAG
 - Macros: MULTISTATEMENT_MACRO_USE_DO_WHILE, MACRO_ARG_REUSE,
   MACRO_ARG_PRECEDENCE, MACRO_ARG_UNUSED
 - Structure: BRACES, SUSPECT_CODE_INDENT, TRAILING_STATEMENTS
 - Domain: CONFIG_DESCRIPTION (Kconfig), MAINTAINERS_STYLE,
   UNDOCUMENTED_DT_STRING (DT)

--fix applies corrections directly to the patch file and recomputes
hunk headers. Multiple fixes on the same line are chained
iteratively.

Uses only the Python standard library; no external dependencies.
