Subject: [PATCH RFC v2 23/50] samples/kvm: Remove child ownership tracking from sample provider
Date: Thu, 22 Oct 2026 16:27:55 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20261022-gmem-alternative-providers-v2-23-5dd1dc6c660a@google.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20261022-gmem-alternative-providers-v2-0-5dd1dc6c660a@google.com>
From: Ackerley Tng <ackerleytng@google.com>
Remove per-child owned bitmaps and overlapping child range tracking from
the sample memory provider.
Each child directly carves out a non-overlapping slice from the root pool
tracking allocated pages in mps_root.allocated.
