[PATCH 3/3] arm64: dts: cix: Add GPU support for Sky1 Orion O6

Add the Sky1 Mali GPU node with its registers, interrupts, clocks,
external reset and GPU power domain.

Keep the node disabled in the SoC file and enable it on Orion O6.
