[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Update multiplexer subsystem maintainer and status

[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Update multiplexer subsystem maintainer and status

[Lad Prabhakar]

Take over the active maintainership of the multiplexer (mux) subsystem
and upgrade its status from "Odd Fixes" to "Maintained". Incoming
patches will be reviewed, tested, and routed via Greg closer to the
RC5-RC6 release windows.
