[PATCH] move .eh_frame to RODATA

[PATCH] move .eh_frame to RODATA

[Jan Beulich]

The .eh_frame section contents is never written to, so it can as well
benefit from CONFIG_DEBUG_RODATA.

Diff-ed against firstfloor tree.
