I have no /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle on this machine.
Maybe because of

Would it be OK if when you ask for 2.6.28 info, I use a 2.6.32.2 kernel?
That kernel also fails fdformat with hpet enabled on these machines.
