Hi Linus,

Here are some more Bluetooth updates.
         - Bluetooth core is initialized via subsys_initcall()
         - RFCOMM fixes.

Please do a

         bk pull bk://linux-bt.bkbits.net/bt-2.5

This will update the following files:
