Hello.

Recently, I choosed between FreeBSD and Linux for server,
I found out only such bechmarks:

http://geri.cc.fer.hr/~ivoras/web2/papers/osbench.html

1)may be some one know any other benchmarks?
2)something changed since 2.6.5?

There are a lot of benchmarks out there.
E.g., some are listed at
  http://lbs.sourceforge.net/
and
  http://lse.sourceforge.net/benchmarks/

just depends on what you want/need, like others have said.
