Add James Tai and Yu-Chun Lin as co-maintainers for the ARM/REALTEK
ARCHITECTURE to continue supporting Realtek SoCs.
Additionally, based on the discussion, move Andreas Färber to a
reviewer role and update his email address accordingly.

Please give it a day or two for more comments and then please apply to
your tree, where you are going to collect the rest of Realtek patches.
Then please follow carefully maintainer-soc-profile in your work. Be
sure your tree is included in the next.
Notably, all patches must be posted to the mailing list for review and
only after some time or after review you apply them.
Pull requests to SoC tree for the next release should be sent at latest
at -rc6.
Please also read kernel PGP guide and get your keys into the keyring.
I also recommend to check my slides and/or recording from LPC 2023
session with beginner's kernel maintainer toolbox.
Best regards,
Krzysztof

Hi,
Since the upcoming merge window is approaching, I’m checking in to see
if there is anything else needed for this patch.
I didn't see it in the SoC tree yet, so I wanted to ensure the status.
Best Regards,
Yu-Chun

SoC platform maintainers take the patches and sent entire set for the
next merge window to the soc@. Please read maintainer soc profile.
Best regards,
Krzysztof

Hi Krzysztof,
I've read maintainer-soc.rst, but I’m still a bit confused about the next
steps.
I've considered the following options:
1. I should create my own git tree (on github or on kernel.org), and send
a pull request containing this MAINTAINERS patch before next rc6.
2. I thought pull requests should normally be sent from a kernel.org git
tree, but since my name is not yet in MAINTAINERS, I assumed this particular
MAINTAINERS update should go through the soc git tree instead.
3. I was still waiting for the current maintainer (Andreas Färber) to send it,
but he has not been active since the last discussion. I checked his tree[1]
and there have been no new changes.
Could you please tell me what I should do with this MAINTAINERS patch?

Don't you have more patches which were pending and waiting on the list?
I assumed you had some... but maybe not, so in that case, after
finishing with reviews on the mailing list you can send this one patch
to soc@, just like maintainers profile is suggesting.
Best regards,
Krzysztof
