  based on some recent posts from jiri olsa, i realize i'd forgotten
to scan the include/ directory and subdirectories for references to
non-existent CONFIG variables, so i've updated the wiki page here:

these are and they arent ... the file they're found in is slated for
tossing (after rewriting the functionality it provides), so until then
it'll just sit
