Recently I got some more detailed information on Japanese keyboards
and their scancodes. Maybe there are Japanese readers here who
can look at
http://www.win.tue.nl/~aeb/linux/kbd/scancodes-3.html#ss3.3
and correct what is wrong?

Well, I can read Japanese, but what exactly is the problem? I haven't
found anything wrong with my Japanese keyboard that would need to be
fixed in the kernel. Could you give some more details?
