[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Add K Prateek Nayak to scheduler reviewers

[John Stultz]

I've been fortunate to have K Prateek take an active interest in
my Proxy Execution patches. He's provided great review insights
and productive feedback, sometimes remembering the subtleties of
the patch series better than I do myself! And he has done all
this with great kindness and humility.

I've really appreciated his reviews, and I think everyone should
be so lucky, so I wanted to propose adding him to the scheduler
reviewers list.

Thank you for nominating me, and for your kind words.

I'm merely standing on the shoulders of giants and I'm truly lucky to
be part of this community, who, while working on all sorts of amazing
ideas, are also open to entertaining some of the ridiculous
ideas / suggestions / questions that I may have.

I'm indebted to those who are continually working on improving the
kernel, and engaging in discussions, allowing me to learn a ton in the
process.
