'git am' complains:

error: git diff header lacks filename information when removing 1
leading pathname component.

So I guess probably you don't need to include these email headers in the
changelog/commit message?  I'm not sure, but you can take a look at
relevant docs for this.

Also, instead, please write some meaningful info in the commit message,
see:

Translate Documentation/usb/ohci.rst into Chinese Simplified.

The translation covers OHCI driver overview, hardware protocol
differences (OHCI vs UHCI), improvements since 2.4 kernel,
queueable interrupt transfers, and non-PCI support.

Thanks for the effort, but sadly, "no attachments" is a better practice.

Anyway, I manually saved the patch and git am -3 works while git am does
not.
