[PATCH] arm64: defconfig: Enable Lontium LT9211 driver

Lontium LT9211 driver is extended to support LT9211C bridge
which is used on Qualcomm lemans/monaco/kodiak platforms.

Lemans, Monaco and Kodiak are SoCs and they do not have this chip.
