Fix newly introduced DT warnings:
Warning (avoid_unnecessary_addr_size): /soc@0/interrupt-controller@5880000:
unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells without "ranges", "dma-ranges" or
child "reg" or "ranges" property

nit: Leaving "#address-cells = <0>;" alone in a section, with blank
lines before and after, looks a little weird, but it's not a major
issue...
