[PATCH 31 of 31] xen: jump to iret fixup

[Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy@goop.org>]

Use jmp rather than call for the iret fixup, so its consistent with
the sysexit fixup, and it simplifies the stack (which is already
complex).
