[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Add SoC drivers to AT91 entry

[Alexandre Belloni]

We (the AT91/Atmel SoC maintainers) are not seeing patches for several
drivers present only on our SoCs. Add more patterns to match at91 and atmel
drivers.
