Use sscanf for parsing /proc/pic/maps file. It makes the code shorter
and cleaner IMHO.

Current perf_event__synthesize_mmap_events() only deals with
executable mappings. With recently added memory access sampling,
non-executable data mappings are needed also.

perf tools: Use sscanf for parsing /proc/pid/maps

When reading those files to synthesize MMAP events. It makes the code
shorter and cleaner.
