<linux/types.h> is only required for __KERNEL__ as whole file is covered with it

Also fixed some spacing issues for usr/include/asm-x86/msr.h

<linux/types.h> is only required for __KERNEL__ as whole file is covered with it

Also fixed some spacing issues for usr/include/asm-x86/msr.h
