[PATCH] x86, Remove AMD microcode warning

[Prarit Bhargava]

AMD processors will never support /dev/cpu/microcode updating so just silently
fail instead of printing out a warning for every cpu.

AMD processors will never support /dev/cpu/microcode updating so
