Add missing clockticks and cas_count_* events for Intel SapphireRapids IMC
PMU. These events are useful to measure memory bandwidth.

perf/x86/intel/uncore: Add events for Intel SPR IMC PMU

Add missing clockticks and cas_count_* events for Intel SapphireRapids IMC
