No, for say

#define FOO_FMT		"foo:%d"

and using
	FOO_FMT ", %d"
that would give
	""%s", %d"
instead of
	"%s, %d"

However, isn't it already ambiguous that way? I fail to see why %s, #fmt
would preserve inside " properly.
