[Grr... Apologies for resend - previous one got subject mangled ;-/]

	Patch below switches both /proc/bus/pci/devices and /proc/pci
to seq_file (same iterator).  Results:
	a) lots of crap had disappeared.
	b) /proc/pci/bus/devices can contain more than 3Kb (current tree
is limited to that and it's Not Good(tm))
	c) code is procfs-agnostic now (i.e. we use procfs only for
directory operations)

	Unrelated obvious fix is in pci_proc_detach_bus() - it had wrong
check (apparently copied from pci_proc_attach_bus(); when we want to
create something it makes sense to check that it doesn't exist, but on
destruction we want the opposite ;-)

	It works here and applies both to 2.4.15-pre* and 2.4.13-ac*.
Please, test - it's pretty straightforward and if there is no complaints
I'm submitting that for inclusion into the tree.

/me wonders why the heck everybody kept torturing themselves in procfs
callbacks instead of doing generic buffering code years ago...

I like this patch but I would change one thing.

"start,next,stop" sound like global kernel helper functions, not PCI
SEQ specific helpers, why not name them pci_seq_start et al. instead?

That pci_devices list does need locking, particularly with the PCI hot
plug stuff in the tree now.  But PCMCIA could already change the list
after boot too if I'm not mistaken.

Umm... IMO start(), next(), stop() for anything non-static sounds like a
reason for very public execution, but anyway, renaming makes sense.

It certainly does.  However, that's a problem I'd be happy to leave to
PCI folks ;-)

OK, here's the next bunch of procfs stuff:
	a) drivers/pci/proc.c
	b) trivial cleanup of ia64 show_cpuinfo() (we never pass NULL as
the second argument, it's EOF indicator for seq_read()).
	c) conversion of s390, s390x and sh get_cpuinfo().
