I mean, it's missing the standard newline between local variable(s) 
and the first statement:

static void dump_stream(FILE *fp, const char *msg, struct insn *insn)
{
	int i;

	fprintf(fp, "%s:\n code:", msg);
[...]

We do this for readability.
