* [PATCH] iommu/io-pgtable: fix all kernel-doc warnings in io-pgtable.h

Avoid kernel-doc warnings in io-pgtable.h:
- use the correct struct member names or kernel-doc format
- add a missing struct member description
- add a missing function return comment section
