[PATCH 2/6] arm64: dts: qcom: talos-lyra-evk: Add DLC DLC0697 panel overlay

Add a DT overlay for Talos Lyra EVK, to enable DLC0697 panel when
DLC daughter card connected to DSI0_B2B on carrier card.

Configure DLC0697 reset GPIO, supplies, pinctrl states and GPIO
backlight controlled through TLMM GPIO 2.

Disable the default HDMI bridge and connector in favour of the DSI
panel.
