[PATCH net-next 01/14] etherdevice: Add eth_<foo>_addr CONFIG_HAVE_EFFICIENT_UNALIGNED_ACCESS code

Make the memset possibly more efficient with the appropriate
CONFIG_HAVE_EFFICIENT_UNALIGNED_ACCESS #ifdef
