There is no longer any functional difference between
__debug_show_held_locks() and debug_show_held_locks(),
so remove the former.

lockdep: Remove __debug_show_held_locks

There is no longer any functional difference between
__debug_show_held_locks() and debug_show_held_locks(),
so remove the former.
