It's been working fine here, 3 cards over 2 computers.

I have similar problem. The tulip driver in 2.4.7 doesn't work.
The driver version is 0.9.15-pre6.
Error msg:
	tulip0: ***Warning*** : No MII transeiver found.

The tulip driver version 0.9.14 in 2.4.2 works, though.
