You are correct. e->force_off will be set for an event group that may reduce
the user available number of RMIDs since resctrl will take the minimum number
of RMIDs across all monitor resources.
This parameter of an event group won't change from one mount to the next. If
some small number is enumerated on first mount, the same number is going to
be there on subsequent mounts.
So saving and restoring e->force_off wouldn't make any difference. Every
subsequent mount would just find the same issue.
